Ingredients
- 7 cups stock
- 1 cup rice
- 0.25 teaspoons salt , or to taste
- 3 tablespoons ginger

Add stock, rice, salt, and ginger to a large saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, making sure rice does not stick to the bottom. Reduce the heat to low; simmer for 1 hour.
