Best Date Squares Ever
These best date squares ever are rich-tasting and use less sugar than other recipes, but you would never know it. To serve, bring squares to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Buttermilk Crumpets
This is an American rendition of a British classic. Serve with your choice of savory or sweet toppings, like fruit spread and butter, double Devonshire cream, clotted cream, etc... I love using crumpets as a base for eggs Benedict. If you have an Instant Pot® you can use the yogurt setting and proof the dough much faster!
Chorizo Stuffed Poblano Peppers
Delicious and easy! Poblanos and chorizo seemed like a logical choice for kicking stuffed peppers up a notch. We were amazed by how well these turned out. Give them a try! Recipe could easily be doubled or tripled as needed.
