This yummy penne pasta salad recipe with cucumbers, tomatoes, and seasonings yields the best ever pasta salad. It's so easy that's it's worth a try.
Ingredients
- 1 package dry penne pasta , 16 ounce
- 2 large cucumbers , peeled and cubed
- 2 Romas (plum) tomatoes , chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 container sour cream , 8 ounce
- 3 tablespoons dried dill weed
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

Combine penne, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, and lemon pepper in a large bowl; mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator before serving, at least 45 minutes.
