- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 0.33 cups white sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling or fresh berries , 21 ounce
Instructions

Stir graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl; add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of an 8- or 10-inch springform pan. Chill until firm.
-
2
Beat cream cheese and lemon juice together in a medium bowl until soft. Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until the batter becomes thick. Add sugar and continue to beat until stiff.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
This sausage and potato bake is an Italian comfort food classic! The smell of this cooking in my kitchen transports me back to playing on the street in front of my Papa and Gigi's house in Brooklyn. I make 2 trays of this for every family get-together, and it's gone in a flash!
Gumdrop Cake
This is a very easy and colorful Christmas cake. It would make a fantastic centerpiece dessert for a Christmas buffet.
White Chocolate and Walnut Pumpkin Bars
An easy-to-make pumpkin bar that has a dense, cake-like texture. It can be assembled relatively quickly, and tastes great with a cup of coffee! For best results, let the bars sit until the next day-the flavors meld and the spices come through more.
