Garlic Butter Mushrooms
These roasted mushrooms are perfect if you're hoping to transform bland mushrooms into a flavorful side dish! My favorite way to serve these is with a juicy grilled ribeye. You can use any oven-proof skillet or dish; use a size that's just big enough to fit all the mushrooms.
Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese and Pomegranate
This is a festive salad I served for Thanksgiving this year. I usually make it with my homemade shallot vinaigrette (I always have a jar in the fridge), but you can use any vinaigrette or dressing that you like.
Baked Sweet And Sour Chicken
This baked sweet and sour chicken is savory sweet and the chicken gets wonderfully crispy. Serve over rice just like in your favorite Chinese restaurant.
