- 1 package active dry yeast , .25 ounce
- 1 cup skim milk , luke warm
- 2 tablespoons warm water , 110 degrees F/45 degrees C
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.25 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select lightest setting; press Start.
