My family loves these spicy, fried pork chops. Quick and easy to make! I've used bone-in pork steaks instead, and just increased cooking time per side a couple of minutes

- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper

- 4 bonelesss pork chops , 1/2 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat for about 1 minute. Arrange chops in pan, and reduce heat to medium. Cook until pork chops are dark brown, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.

Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup
This is my original recipe and can be either vegetarian or meat based. It also freezes well - just thaw, heat and add cream or yoghurt before serving. It's delicious and well worth the extra steps of roasting and pureeing. Enjoy!
Mediterranean Turkey Meatball Sheet Pan Dinner
This ground turkey meatball sheet pan dinner takes on all the flavors of fresh herbs, shallot, garlic, and lemon zest you'll find in Greek cooking. They add loads of flavor to both the turkey meatballs and the veggies. Give the meatballs a head start in the oven, and toss in a few veggies with some of the seasonings, olive oil, and lemon juice for a complete dinner, done on a sheet pan.
