- 23 large marshmallows
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 0.25 cups light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packages microwave popcorn , 3.5 ounce

Stir marshmallows, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla extract together in a large pot over medium-low heat until marshmallows melt, 5 to 7 minutes.

Place popcorn in a large bowl; pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and gently stir to coat.
