Easy Acai Smoothie Bowl
This acai smoothie bowl is a delicious breakfast. My kids like it, so I sweeten it with honey, but you can also use agave for a vegan version or not sweeten it at all. Top the smoothie bowls with some granola for crunch, nuts, or other berries of your choosing.
Beer Shandies
Got a beer, a soda, juice, or lemonade, and a piece of fruit? Then you've got the makings of a pretty dandy shandy or a really refreshing radler. Popular in summer because of their lightness and low alcohol content, these easy beer cocktails work well with fall flavors, too. Here are a few combinations we love.
Sugar-Free Mojito Punch
My daughter, who has type I diabetes, came up with this sugar-free version for our Mexican-themed nights.
