This blueberry pie is bursting with fresh juicy blueberries and is a beautiful sight with a lattice top.
Slow Roast Leg of Lamb
If you're slow-roasting lamb, it comes out so tender you don't need a knife to cut it. And when I say slow, I mean slow - 7 hours. And I am roasting the leg of lamb in the oven, not in a slow cooker. Tastes great served with Dauphinoise potatoes or mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Zucchini Chicken Casserole
This zucchini chicken casserole is creamy and herbaceous, packed with fresh fork-tender vegetables and shredded chicken breast. The herbs make this dish feel light and fresh, while the cheese on top forms a golden-brown melty crust. This casserole is delicious for a weeknight dinner.
