Stuffed Italian Bread
This stuffed Italian bread is an easy way to dress up a plain loaf of bread! Great as an appetizer or as a side dish to grilled steaks. My local grocery sells a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese that I use.
Cheesy Turkey Rice Casserole
This is a wonderful use of leftover turkey or you could even use chicken. You may also want to add potato chips to the top for some crunch.
Baked Brie with Caramelized Pears, Shallots and Thyme
For this baked Brie with caramelized pears, shallots, and thyme recipe, Brie is baked in a round sourdough bread bowl, making it easy! You could substitute a sweet chutney for the topping for even easier prep. I microwaved the final product for a few minutes to speed up the cooking (I couldn't wait for it to be ready)!
