Glenn's Blowing Rock Salmon
After eating this at a restaurant in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, I was surprised that the chef was willing to give me the recipe. My favorite way of preparing salmon. A suitable meal for special company. Excellent with Pinot Grigio - our favorite is Ecco Domani®. We usually serve it with baked rice with pine nuts.
Green Bean Mac and Cheese
This green bean mac and cheese is a mashup of two favorites, green bean casserole and macaroni and cheese. Topped with crunchy French-fried onions, it is everything you could hope for. The green beans add texture, gorgeous color, and just a hint of delicious bitterness to amplify all the other flavors.
Candy-Bar Fudge
This is a recipe that I found years ago and it was made with Milky Way® bars and I changed it. I have used Snickers®, 3 Musketeers®, Milky Way®, etc. My kids love this.
