- 4 stalks celery , chopped
- 1.5 cups red seedless grapes , halved
- 0.5 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0.75 cups mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 8 croissants , split
