This four-ingredient chocolate ricotta mousse recipe is very rich and oh-so easy to make! You can optionally top it with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate , cut into small pieces
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 0.33 cups honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
-
1
Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
-
2
Combine melted chocolate, ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into dessert cups or glasses; chill completely.

This air fryer baked potato recipe makes tender, delicious baked potatoes with crispy, flavorful skin. Finish them with a dollop of sour cream, if you'd like.
Grilled Butternut Squash
Grilling butternut squash in slices creates a crispy shell and seals in all the flavor. You don't even need butter or salt and pepper โ great on its own, in salads, or as a side.
Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing
Any fruit can be used, but this is my favorite combination. Try your own creation, but if you wish to use oranges and grapes in the same recipes, DON'T add the oranges until ready to serve or the grapes will be extremely bitter.
