Last year, I set out to create clean, healthy treats and experimented with recipes until I found one my family loves. Now, I make these clean breakfast cookies twice a week! Naturally sweetened with honey and chocolate chips, they're free from added sugar, preservatives, and additives. They're just pure, wholesome goodness.

Dandelion Dressing
This is made in early spring, usually Easter, when the new dandelions are sweet and crisp. It is from my grandma, Callie Brosius, who was Pennsylvania Dutch and a great cook. This is usually served with boiled potatoes with ham at Easter.
Best Tuna Casserole
This is a tuna casserole that even my picky family loves! The potato chips give the casserole a crunchy crust. Try serving with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts.
Three Meat Cannelloni Bake
This meat cannelloni is best made with fresh noodles. You can substitute one pound of cannelloni pasta cooked according to package directions, then proceed as directed.
