One of the best flavor combos there is... a Buffalo chicken wing dipped in blue cheese dressing, all incorporated into a tasty dip. Incredibly easy and addicting, takes 15 minutes, and served cold as opposed to the slow cooker recipes. I always have it with tortilla chips. The bacon and jalapeno are great additions, but I suggest trying the original recipe first.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 pounds fully cooked breaded chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cups Buffalo sauce , or to taste
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slices bacon strips , cooked and crumbled
  • 3 stalks green onions , sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Dice cooked chicken tenders. Transfer to a large bowl and add mayonnaise, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, bacon, green onions, and jalapeno. Stir to combine.

  2. 2

Allow to come together/thicken in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
