As a big fan of cookie butter, this seemed like a (not-quite) solution to my habit of eating spoonfuls from the jar. Now in a solid form, it's even more addicting!
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 6 fluids ounces evaporated milk
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.25 cups butter
- 3.5 ounces marshmallow creme
- 8 ounces cookie butter
Instructions
-
1
Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
-
2
Mix white sugar, evaporated milk, brown sugar, and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring continually, until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved, about 8 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir marshmallow creme into sugar mixture until smooth.
-
3
Stir cookie butter into sugar-marshmallow mixture until evenly combined; pour into the prepared baking dish. Let fudge stand until cooled and solid, at least 30 minutes.

Beet Pickled Deviled Eggs
These beet pickled deviled eggs take on a striking pink color when plunged into a pickled beet brine. They're a beautiful appetizer, sure to turn heads.
Blended Berry Pancakes
This is a great way to sneak in some extra fruit into your breakfast -- whether it be for yourself or for the kids! The strawberries add beautiful color to the pancakes and an extra sweetness. Also great if half a banana is added to the mix. And the topping options are endless! Serve alongside maple syrup, butter, fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana, etc., and enjoy! Brown sugar can be sprinkled on top of the completed pancakes to add a crunchy texture.
