Pan-Fried Onion Cheeseburger
I make this recipe for pan-fried onion cheeseburgers with caramelized onions and sharp Cheddar cheese. I serve the burgers on brioche buns and eat them plain. My hubby likes to add lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and more fresh onions! With or without all of the toppings, they are delicious.
Sheet Pan Lemon Balsamic Chicken and Potatoes
These sheet pan lemon balsamic chicken thighs, tender chicken with crispy potatoes in a tangy marinade, roast together on one sheet pan. They are topped with lemony seasoned olive brine and a tzatziki-feta sauce.
Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast Muffins
These tasty cinnamon-raisin French toast muffins are a great way to serve French toast, leaving plenty of room on the plate for some fresh fruit and maybe a slice of bacon on the side. They are tender and moist on the inside, just like French toast, but with a little crunch on the top from the streusel. The cinnamon-raisin bread amps up the flavor, but you can use challah, brioche, or a baguette, if you prefer. Refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container.
