Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 0.67 cups honey
- 0.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 0.5 cups ground flax seeds
- 0.5 cups chocolate-flavored protein powder
- 0.5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 0.25 cups chopped coffee beans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder , such as Fry's®

Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chips, flax seeds, protein powder, coconut, chia seeds, and coconut extract together in a large bowl; fold in coffee beans. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.

Place cocoa powder in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder until coated.
