Chicken & Corn Chowder
This comfort food classic is chock full of flavor and ready in 25 minutes. Cooked chicken, creamy herb and garlic soup, potatoes, corn, bacon and milk simmer together for incredible chowder that's an absolute winner!
Chef John's Easy Apple Pie
This apple pie is not your typical dessert. The filling is caramelized apples held together with a very glossy, just-thick-enough apple syrup.
Grandma's Baking Powder Biscuits
This is my grandmother's biscuit recipe. It is my all-time favorite and has a really good flavor to it. Be sure not to roll out too thin, you want high biscuits! I usually just pat out the dough to the desired thickness, usually 1/2 inch.
