This creamy gnocchi with vegetables, made from prepared gnocchi, frozen vegetables, and a quick herbed cheese sauce, is very fast to make and a great addition to meatless Monday. Feel free to add in strips of grilled chicken if you prefer.

- 1 , 12 ounce
- 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 0.5 cups evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 2 ounces Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add gnocchi and vegetables, and cook until vegetables are tender and gnocchi is golden, about 5 minutes.

Stir in evaporated milk, pesto, and alouette cheese, and cook until sauce is smooth and evenly coats gnocchi and vegetables, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
