This crostini recipe uses a baguette to make tiny toasts to serve with a festive dip or baked garlic!
Ingredients
- 1 day-old French baguette
- 0.25 cups butter , softened
- 3 cloves garlic , chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Slice baguette crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Mix butter, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl until combined. Spread butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.

Arrange bread slices, butter-side up, in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly toasted and hard, about 8 to 10 minutes.
