Donna Leigh's creamy broccoli slaw recipe is delicious! It's a combination of several recipes I've tried with my own tweaks. I've used different ramen noodle flavors, so feel free to experiment based on your tastes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Oriental-flavored ramen noodles , 3 ounce
- 0.25 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 0.13 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 0.25 cups slivered almonds
- 1 package broccoli coleslaw mix , 12 ounce
- 0.5 cups chopped onion
- 0.25 cups unsalted sunflower seeds

Combine mayonnaise, seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar, and celery seeds in a bowl; chill dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ramen noodles and almonds; cook and stir until toasted, stirring frequently, 3 to 5 minutes. Cool.

Combine ramen noodle mixture, broccoli coleslaw mix, onion, sunflower seeds, and dressing in a bowl; stir to coat.
