This easy, no-cook version of Devonshire cream makes a wonderful spread for scones or a delicious dip for fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup heavy cream

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and salt in a bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Add heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
