These easy eggs Benedict breakfast sliders make a crowd-pleasing breakfast. Hawaiian rolls are filled with ham and eggs, and baked while you make an easy Hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 , 12 count
  • 6 thins slices ham
  • 12 small eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 , 0.9 ounce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cups butter
  • 0.25 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place rolls into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Press a hole into the center of each roll and use fingers or a small spoon to press bread in and around to create a large well.

  2. 2

Place a half slice of ham into the form of each roll. Crack an egg into each and sprinkle evenly with salt.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven until whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through baking time.

  4. 4

Meanwhile, prepare Hollandaise with milk and butter according to package directions.

  5. 5

Carefully cut rolls into 12 servings and serve topped with 2 tablespoons Hollandaise sauce and a sprinkle of pepper and chives.
