Mix 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and 1 tablespoon flour in a bowl; spread over warm crust.
-
4
Mix ham and honey mustard together in a bowl; spoon over cheese mixture.
-
5
Mix half-and-half, eggs, green onions, remaining 1 tablespoon flour, and salt together in bowl.
-
6
Pour mixture carefully over ham layer; top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
-
7
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes until set in the center. Cool briefly before cutting and serving.

Elderberry Syrup
Elderberry syrup is delicious when drizzled over anything you would put syrup on, like waffles, pancakes, or ice cream. It's also good for treating colds and the flu when taken in 1-tablespoon doses. Store in a lidded jar in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 months.
Southern-Style Pig Tails
Pig tails are used in a lot of different cuisines. They are great as a meat dish with turnip greens, blackeye peas, or boiled cabbage. My recipe cooks the tails twice, and the result is a crispy crackling covering the tail that you can eat or save for crackling in cornbread. The crushed red pepper can be used liberally for a spicy taste. Be sure to buy pig tails that have a lot of meat around the upper part.
Quick Air Fryer Tilapia
Tilapia is a mild, delicate flavored fish. It is budget friendly and takes on seasoning well. It's perfect for busy weeknights with just a handful of ingredients, and cooks in about 7 minutes.
