  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cups fat-free milk
  • 0.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
