These easy pumpkin muffins are made with cake mix, spices, and pumpkin puree. They stay very moist and fresh, and even taste great when frozen and defrosted!

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix , 15.25-ounce
  • 1 can pumpkin puree , 15-ounce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground cloves

Instructions

    Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners.

    Mix cake mix, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a large bowl until no dry spots remain and the batter is smooth.
