Beet and Goat Cheese Ravioli
These beet and goat cheese ravioli are a labor of love and create a stunning presentation. A pasta maker helps roll the dough as thin as possible, letting the vibrant filling shine through. If whole wheat pasta isn't your preference, you can easily swap it for all-purpose.
Mini Sausage Pancake Skewers with Spicy Syrup
These tiny savory skewers are perfect for breakfast or a great addition to a brunch buffet. The spicy maple syrup drizzle kicks up the flavor and adds some zest to pancakes and sausage.
Soft Gingerbread Cookies
What's the key to these six-ingredient soft gingerbread cookies? Spice cake mix. Perfect for last-minute holiday baking and gift-giving, these pillowy cookies are almost too easy to throw together on a whim. If you're craving a more intense flavor, you can always increase the ginger to two teaspoons—but be aware that most store-bought spice cake mixes already pack a pretty strong punch.
