Mild-Mannered Chili
I like chili, but I'm not a fan of heat for heat's sake. I wanted something that would warm me up but not be overwhelmingly hot, and this was the result. My husband says that this would also make a good sloppy joe (with beans) mix.
Sicilian Meat Roll
This Sicilian meat roll recipe is a wonderful, somewhat surprising adaptation on your basic meatloaf! Don't be afraid of the rolling part, it's easy!
Tia and David's Deep-Fried Tortellini
My sister makes this delicious fried tortellini appetizer for many of our parties and family get-togethers. They can be made ahead of time and warmed up on a pizza tray just before serving. Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
