These energy balls are super easy to make with oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and seeds. That's it! This no-bake recipe makes enough energy balls to snack on for the whole week.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 0.5 cups peanut butter
- 0.5 cups ground flax seed
- 0.5 cups chocolate chips
- 0.33 cups honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds , Optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Cover and chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove chilled dough from the refrigerator; roll into twenty 1-inch diameter balls.
