James Gang Red Velvet Cake
Delicious Red Velvet Cake!!! Passed through many generations, this Red Velvet Cake has been a staple at EVERY James Gang get together. Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just because, we have to have this cake. No one makes it quite like Granny, but it still tastes pretty darn good!!
Healthier Carrot Oatmeal Cookies
This recipe for healthier carrot oatmeal cookies makes a relatively healthy, cake-like cookie that is a bit like a mix between carrot cake and oatmeal cookies. I adjusted a few recipes to use less sugar and more oats and carrots, so I don't feel too bad eating these for breakfast (which I can't resist)!
Oatmeal Buttermilk Cookies
