Daddy's Guacamole Dip
This recipe for guacamole with cottage cheese is one of my dad's favorite recipes that he handed down to my sisters and me. It's a little different from traditional guacamole dip because of the cottage cheese, but it's very delicious! Serve with chips or vegetables.
Chopped Brussels Sprout Salad
Give this chopped Brussels sprouts salad recipe a try. Don't be scared of raw Brussels sprouts — they are delicious!
Donair
Donairs are a delicacy prevalent on the Canadian east coast, centered on the city of Halifax. These pita sandwiches are very delicious and simple to prepare. Make a double batch of the meatloaf and freeze the second loaf for later. The second loaf will be better — you can slice the cold meatloaf thin and fry in a hot pan as you need them.
