Poblano Corn Chowder
This recipe is a very creamy and spicy corn chowder with shrimp and poblano peppers. The lobster base is optional, but in my opinion, you should use it if you can.
Fresh Sweet Corn Fritters
Unbelievably light, these fritters are best with fresh sweet corn. Great for breakfast and with ham or ribs. Serve with maple syrup. Easy to make too! My husband loves these and anticipates corn season.
Sallie's Dutch Babies
My mother-in-law's recipe yields a puffy batch of these yummy pancake-like delights. You may want to top them off with fruit, jelly, syrup or powdered sugar.
