Yuca French Fries
Yuca fries are similar to French fries. You'll love this Latino version of an American favorite! Treat yuca just like you treat potatoes. Yuca can also be used to make a scrumptious alternative to home fries for breakfast.
Skinny Cream of Mushroom Soup
Very light cream of mushroom soup, no cream added but still tastes creamy.
Megan's Granola
This granola recipe with toasted oats, wheat germ, nuts, and seeds is absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I came up with this combination after we tried many granola recipes. This tops them all! Several of my children, who typically don't care for granola, love it.
