Chaffles with Almond Flour
This chaffle recipe uses almond flour to create a more traditional waffle texture and help get rid of any eggy taste. These cheesy waffles are an overnight sensation in the low-carb/keto world. Seriously, try them, they're delicious! I use an inexpensive mini waffle maker (such as Dash Mini Maker Waffle) which produces perfect 4-inch chaffles. So many ways to use chaffles, the sky's the limit!
Simple Coffee Drink
This simple coffee is a clone of that overpriced name-brand bottled coffee drink I somehow became addicted to. It's also a great way to use the leftover coffee that always ends up getting dumped down the drain the next day.
Chef John's Milk Bread
Japanese-style milk bread is easy to make and stays moist and fresh longer than your typical loaf of homemade bread thanks to a starter or "roux." It's light and soft with the perfect amount of sweetness. Try it with my Japanese Egg Salad Sandwich (Tamago Sando) or toast it and use it for a tuna salad sandwich.
