Addictive and Healthy Granola
This recipe is addictive and very easy. It tastes like the top crunchy part of cobbler desserts. It would be good as a cereal with milk or to put in yogurt or topped on fruit that has been fried in a little butter and brown sugar. A dollop of homemade whipped cream wouldn't hurt the latter!
Slow Cooker Vegetable and Ground Turkey Soup
This ground turkey soup with tomatoes, zucchini, and carrots is flavored with lemon and garlic. Pour soup over spinach in serving bowls, to keep spinach a bright green color. Delicious topped with shredded Parmesan.
Josh's Baked Oatmeal
A baked oatmeal from heaven. The maple syrup and roasted cinnamon do wonders for an already great recipe! Enjoy.
