Honduran-Style Crispy Fried Tacos
When it comes to making deep-fried appetizers, tacos hondureños are one of my favorites to make! My mom is Honduran and taught me how to make these amazing, crispy tacos. Serve topped with white cheese, onion sauce, or chopped cabbage.
Sweet and Tangy Thai Cucumber Salad
This sweet and tangy Thai cucumber salad is a refreshing side to spicy Thai food. I prefer it without hot peppers or peanuts since its major purpose for me is refreshment. It's especially quick to make if you can slice the cucumbers and onions in a food processor.
