Fruit Slaw
A unique twist on an old favorite. Strawberries, pineapple, galia melon, honeydew, and red grapes julienned and finished with lemon and lime juice. The small pieces allow you to get a burst of the combined fruits in one amazing bite.
Instant Pot® Butternut Squash Soup with Coconut Milk
I do not like butternut squash soup, but I love this recipe. I adapted it for the Instant Pot® pressure cooker. You may garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes, salted peanuts, Parmesan cheese, or any other topping you think would add to your enjoyment.
Spiced Butternut Squash Soup
My boys love this spiced butternut squash soup! It's a stick-to-your-ribs soup that everyone will enjoy. Sherry helps deepen the flavor, while half-and-half cream adds richness to the soup.
