Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares
Cinnamon chips and sugar cookie dough add a interesting (and easy) twist to a dessert that's great any time of year. I serve these with a dollop of Cool Whip.
Brioche
This brioche recipe can be served with jelly or other preserves to accompany tea or coffee with paté or hors d'oeuvres. The tops of the small rolls can easily be pulled away, giving space for a sweet or savory filling. Brioche dough can also be used for wrapping other ingredients such as beef for boeuf-en-croûte, salmon filling for a koulibiaca, or spicy garlic sausage.
Frito Chicken Casserole
This chicken casserole topped with chili cheese Fritos is cheesy, crunchy, colorful, loaded with flavor, and the ultimate comfort food. Better yet, the prep only dirties up one pot. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro if you like.
