- 0.5 teaspoons dry mustard
- 0.5 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 0.25 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons smoked paprika
- pinch of turmeric , optional
