This tangy red wine vinaigrette is made in minutes with easy ingredients you probably already have at home! It's full of flavor and delicious on crisp green salads. Add fresh herbs, like oregano, instead of spices, if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 cups red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 0.25 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • pinch of turmeric , optional
