A true Italian recipe that everyone will enjoy. You can use ready made pizza bread to make this quick...or use your own recipe for a hand tossed pizza, either way, you're sure to enjoy! The escarole does not need to be cooked ahead of time...it cooks right on the pizza. Also, I think with this pizza, the less sauce the better.

- 1 , 12 inch

Old Irish Scalloped Potatoes
A simple Irish scalloped potatoes recipe passed down from my ancestors, using ingredients you have on hand.
Gluten-Free Bread in a Bread Machine
A gluten-free bread machine recipe that's easy to make. It's not as good as normal bread, but it's pretty good if you must avoid gluten. If the mixture looks more like cake batter than bread dough in your machine, don't worry, it will be okay. The loaf may sink while it's baking, leaving a crusty, crunchy bowl on the exposed end, which you will want to slice off and discard. The finished bread will be quite firm and heavy, I recommend slicing it thinly. It makes good toast, but it toasts slowly. I use my darkest toaster setting and have to run that twice to get golden brown toast.
Super Easy Rosemary Bread Machine Bread
Mouth-watering and easy to adjust to your personal tastes. Bakes up light and spongy. No eggs, milk or butter. My toddlers all want 2nds and 3rds of this when I make it!
