This jalapeno spinach dip recipe takes this crowd favorite up a notch—the jalapenos add a nice kick. Feel free to use more jalapenos if you'd like it hotter.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 greens onions , sliced, white part only
- 2 jalapenos , seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 bag fresh spinach , 8 ounce
- 1 teaspoon Greens seasoning
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 0.5 cups shredded Parmesan , plus more for topping

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Heat butter or olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, jalapenos, and garlic; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add spinach, greens seasoning, and water. Cook and stir until spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.

Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a separate bowl; stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
