A very tasty cranberry-orange relish. Great for the holidays and it's a nice change from cranberry sauce. Enjoy right away or chilled; the longer it sits the better it gets.
Ingredients
- 2 oranges , zested
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 0.5 cans crushed pineapple , 20 ounce
