A smoky twist on traditional guacamole. Excellent with chips, or paired with carne asada or carnitas.
Ingredients
- 2 ripes avocados from Mexico , peeled and pitted
- 1 mango , peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 small clove garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 0.25 teaspoons ground dried chipotle pepper
- 1 pinch Salt to taste

Mash avocados in a small bowl, leaving chunks if desired. Mix in mango, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chipotle powder and salt. Serve immediately.
