- 0.5 cups white sugar
- 2.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon , divided
- 1 cup butter , melted
- 1.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix apple slices, white sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined; spread out into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Mix melted butter, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a medium bowl until well combined; stir in marshmallows, brown sugar, oats, and 1 cup flour until thoroughly combined. Spread evenly over apples, then gently flatten topping to a smooth layer.

Bake in the preheated oven until apples are tender and topping is golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
