- 1 package frozen cooked Italian beef meatballs , 20 to 24 ounce
- 1 package refrigerated or frozen potato gnocchi , 12 to 16 ounce
- 2 cups sweet peppers
- 1 red onion , cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon talian seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 0.33 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Arrange meatballs, gnocchi, peppers, and onion on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper; toss to coat.

Bake in the preheated oven until vegetables are tender and browned on the edges, stirring once, 15 to 20 minutes.
