Gently add patties into the sauce and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until patties are very firm, hot, and cooked through, about 10 minutes more. How to Cook Trout
This trout recipe is so simple, it doesn't even have a name. I just call it Trout. This is such an easy weeknight seafood dinner. It's a really nice way to cook fish, especially if you're new at cooking it.
Roasted Pepper and Lentil Soup
This summery soup can be served cold or hot. The lentils make the soup hearty while still light and refreshing.
Dark Chocolate Peppermint Fudge Recipe
I double this recipe and put it in a heart-shaped silicone baking mold for Valentine's Day! I prefer silicone baking molds as it is easier to pop right out of the mold without using cooking/baking spray.
