Slice sandwiches in half diagonally to make triangles; sprinkle sandwiches with parsley flakes and top each sandwich half with a piece of sliced cucumber.

Beefy Lasagna Roll-Ups
I made this beefy lasagna roll-ups recipe and my daughter loved it. This is how I make it, but you can always add to it to make it your own.
Tomato Bredie
Tomato bredie is a popular South African meal and good winter fare. Bredie is an old Cape name for a dish of meat and vegetables stewed together so that the flavors intermingle. The gravy is rich, thick, and full-bodied and obtained by using meat with a fair amount of bone and fat, rolling it in flour, and browning it before the vegetables are added. The flavor improves if left a day or two before eating. Nice with brown rice.
Amena's Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is very adaptable as far as what and how much you add to the basic dough. I used a normal amount of chips, but this amount can be doubled without issue. You can also toss in dried fruit and nuts fearlessly.
