This microwave apple crisp is a wonderful dessert that's quick and easy to make. I don't usually bake desserts in a microwave, but this recipe works great. The topping comes out crispy on top, moist inside, and delicious every time. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 4 large Granny Smith apples - peeled , cored and sliced
- 0.75 cups packed brown sugar
- 0.75 cups quick cooking oats
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups butter , melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoons allspice

Spread apples evenly in an 8-inch square microwave-safe baking dish. Mix brown sugar, oats, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and allspice together in a medium bowl until well combined; sprinkle evenly over apples.

Cook in the microwave on high until apples are easily pierced with a knife, 10 to 12 minutes.
