This million dollar BLT dip is creamy and fresh-tasting, like a classic BLT, and is quick to make. Serve with your favorite crackers.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups sour cream
- 0.5 cups roasted almonds
- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
- 0.25 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 Romas tomatoes
- 0.5 cups green onions
- 0.5 cups bacon bits
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup lettuce
- crackers for serving

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, almonds, cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir well.

Reserve 2 tablespoons tomatoes for garnish and add remaining tomatoes into mayonnaise mixture, along with green onions and bacon. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread mixture into a serving dish and top with lettuce, reserved tomatoes, and more green onions and bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve with crackers.
