Ingredients

  • 1 beef chuck roast , 4 pound
  • 0.25 cups butter
  • 5 pepperoncinis peppers
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix , 1 ounce
  • 1 packet dry au jus mix , 1 ounce

Instructions

    Gather all ingredients.

    Place roast in a slow cooker. Form a pocket in the top of the roast and place butter, pepperoncini peppers, ranch dressing mix, and au jus mix in the pocket.

    Cook on Low for 8 hours.
