Thai Ground Chicken Basil
This delicious recipe most closely resembles my favorite Thai restaurant's Ground Chicken Basil. I've searched for recipes, but none gave this authentic taste. It's quick and easy, too! Serve with steamed rice if you like.
Traditional Irish Stew
Irish stew is more commonly made with lamb in Ireland. It's easy to prep and then let it cook slowly until the meat and vegetables are fall-apart tender and the broth is full of flavor. Every Irish household has its own recipe for this comforting dish and this is my mom's. It's perfect on a cold day or on St. Patrick's Day served with a pint of Guinness, of course!
Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
This grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich is a sweet, warm breakfast idea. It's cooked like a grilled cheese sandwich but filled with melted peanut butter and warm bananas.
